• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
• Products without original packaging
• Personal-use items such as earbuds, smart wearables, or accessories once opened

💰 Refund Policy

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified.
• If approved:
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (for prepaid orders)
    • Store credit (if applicable)

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only in case of:
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item delivered
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost
• Otherwise, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer
